I am Tracy Thompson.  I handle all of the firm's estate planning, elder law and probate clients.  When choosing an attorney, it is  important to pick someone with sufficient knowledge and experience to get the job done right the first time.  I have been counseling families and individuals in West Michigan in this field of law since 1994.  Estate planning, elder law and probate, along with family law, is the primary focus of my practice.  I keep up to date on the law through my memberships in the State Bar of Michigan's Probate and Estate Planning Section, the American Bar Association's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.  I go to continuing education seminars every year.  I read several internet list servs comprised of attorneys who specialize in these areas.  In other words, I know this stuff.
