A big part of our practice includes civil litigation.  Civil litigation occurs when disputes between individuals, businesses or public entities need to be resolved in court. A few examples of civil litigation include claims for breach of contract or warranty, landlord/tenant disputes, property disputes, divorce and custody matters, and will contests.  Each of us specialize in different areas of the law to make sure you get an expert in your type of dispute.

Civil litigation can take a lot of time and cost a lot of money, so we help our clients try to resolve their disputes before going to court.  If your case needs to go to court, or if somebody has already sued you, you need a litigator with good communication skills who is skilled in the art of persuasion.  We are the litigators you need.  We achieve justice for our clients in court because we get to know them, their cases, and the law better than the other side.  We attend seminars to stay on top of the law, and our firm has an on-line law library second to none in the area.   Many firms send us their complex or difficult cases.  We provide "big city" law firm expertise with small town attentiveness and plain-old common sense.

We would be proud to serve you in court.  Explain your problem to our legal secretaries Annette or Jill and they will make sure you speak with the attorney who specializes in your problem.

Please call our Ludington office at (231) 843-8579 or in Baldwin at (231) 745-4739 for an appointment.
